Registration

Please use the following form to register each child for one of our classes. For "Preferred DayTime," click on "Class Schedule" for options. Be sure to include a first and second choice for class day/time. Class availability is subject to a minimum enrollment. Send the appropriate Materials Fee via check payable to: Nancy Spahr Huskey, 174 E. Main St., Peru, IN 46970.

If you do not want to register on line, email me at nbspahr01@comcast.net, and I will send a form for you to print out.

We will contact you after we receive your registration to confirm the availability and provide additional information on materials you should bring with you to class.
